BUILDING A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR ST. PETER
To live out our mission and grow together, we must ensure our spaces meet today’s needs and prepare for the future. This campaign is about more than buildings; it’s about creating spaces where ministries thrive, students grow, and parishioners connect in faith. Investing now will keep St. Peter a welcoming home for generations. The campaign will be completed in two phases to address the most pressing needs of our parish while preparing for future growth.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Campaign Goal for Phase 1 - $7 Million
Phase 1 – Below is an overview of the key projects in Phase 1.
ADA-compliant entrance to the gym/parish center.
Access to parish and school events are challenging for those with mobility issues.
Upgrade the HVAC system in the school building.
The window units are noisy, distracting, and inefficient with temperature control.
Reconstruction of the Adams parking lot.
This lot endures heavy use from events like St. Peterfest, parking for parish activities, CYC sports, and daily school use for recess and PE.
Upgrade school restrooms to provide modern and accessible facilities.
The school restrooms are outdated, with aging fixtures and limited accessibility.
Transform current rectory into more office and ministry spaces.
Our parish is in desperate need of more meeting and office space.
A new priest residence located next to the school gym.
This provides our priests with a private living space while freeing up the rectory for meeting and office renovations.
Phase 2 focuses on constructing a new Parish Hall to provide a larger, versatile space for events, meetings, and parish activities. This project will not begin immediately, so accurate cost estimates will be available at the launch of Phase 2. After Phase 1 is complete, there will be a full assessment of funding options for Phase 2.
